Mental Fitness Bootcamp

My 6-week Mental Fitness Bootcamp incorporates Shirzad Chamine's Positive Intelligence Program to train your mental muscles to reinvent life as an expat, living on the periphery, to be leaders within, in front, and behind, to be agile, resilient, and transformative in the post pandemic world now.
